    Shampoo: Wet hair, lather and massage into your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. We recommend repeating this process twice to ensure hair and scalp are cleansed properly.

    Conditioner: Apply to pre-shampooed hair, work through your hair mid-lengths and ends, then rinse.

    Spray: Apply to wet hair, focusing on the roots, then style as normal.
